Context​

The organisation plans an ML-powered chatbot for internal compliance: answering common questions, pointing employees to policies and clarifying regulatory requirements. Goals include efficiency, reduced load on the compliance team and easier access across departments.

Success criteria​

Your submission should:

  • Present a clear project charter (stakeholder analysis, scope, objectives, timeline, milestones, roles, success metrics).

Instructions​

Work through these steps (they map to a typical charter):

  1. Stakeholder analysis - Needs, concerns and priorities (compliance, HR, IT, end users).
  2. Project scope - Features (FAQs, policy pointers, escalation), primary objective, boundaries.
  3. Timeline and milestones - Phases (data, build, test, deploy), dependencies, at least three high-level milestones.
  4. Roles and responsibilities - Core team and how each contributes.
  5. Success metrics and KPIs - Three to four quantitative metrics with target values.
