Strengthen decision-making with AI/ML​

Use the mindset from this workshop to improve how decisions are designed and evaluated in your organisation:

  • Look for decisions where outcomes depend on prediction, uncertainty, or trade-offs.
  • Consider how clearer evaluation criteria could improve confidence in those decisions.
  • Think about how data and modelling choices affect reliability and trust.

Design solutions that stand up in practice​

Apply what you practised in this workshop to develop more robust proposals:

  • Revisit data readiness, feature choices, and modelling assumptions as your solution evolves.
  • Define how success will be evaluated and how limitations will be managed.
  • Build in governance, ethical, and stakeholder considerations as part of the core design. This approach helps you move beyond early concepts and toward solutions that are defensible, trustworthy, and ready to be communicated clearly to others.
