You are working for Trustpilot, a website that allows customers to review services they have used. You have been asked to use recent reviews to build a recommendation for companies on what they can do to avoid 1-star reviews.

Success criteria

To successfully complete this skills application, write a report of up to 1,800 words that summarises:

  • What words or terms are most linked with 1-star reviews
  • A guide to how you obtained this information
  • Recommendations on what companies can do to avoid 1-star reviews
