Project evaluation report

You will conduct a project during the EPA period and evaluate the outcome through an electronic project report and presentation.

  • Executive summary (or abstract)
  • Introduction
  • Scope of the project (KPIs, aims, and objectives)
  • Project plan
  • Research outcomes
  • Data analysis outcomes
  • Project outcomes
  • Discussion of findings
  • Recommendations and conclusions
  • References
  • Appendix mapping evidence to relevant KSBs

Additional requirements​

  • Explain why a specific model was deployed for a certain data set.
  • Explain how challenges were overcome and improvements were made.
  • Explain how data bias was handled.
  • Keep the report to 5,000 words (+/- 10%), excluding appendices, references, and diagrams.

Tips for success​

  • Write in first person to show your individual contribution.
  • Keep a professional tone and explain technical terms.
  • Cross-reference your report against the assessment criteria.
