In this skills application, you will practise connecting your technical results to inclusive collaboration and EDI principles. The goal is to learn how to craft a project story that resonates across diverse audiences while also evaluating policies that shape fair teamwork.

Context
You have just completed an ML project to predict customer churn. The model performs well, but success now depends on more than accuracy — it depends on how you communicate the results and embed inclusion into the process.
Success criteria
To successfully complete the skills application, you must:
- Craft an inclusive project summary that frames the project’s impact.
- Write a short critique of a fictional EDI policy identifying strength, weakness and enhancement.
- Provide a short reflection on how storytelling and EDI principles improved your communication.
