Hackathon goals
- Deploy your Phase 2 ML model into a production or test environment with a justified architecture.
- Design a monitoring plan that detects model and data drift and triggers proactive adaptation.
- Manage the full model lifecycle — including retraining triggers and decommissioning criteria.
- Communicate deployment decisions, risks, and value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation to hand the solution over.
