We are excited to welcome you to Workshop 2 of the Phase 3 hackathon.
Building on the deployment you shipped in Workshop 1, you'll now design the monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle plan that keeps the model healthy in production — then translate all of it into an audience-tailored 5-minute team presentation for the wrap up.
By the end of this workshop, you'll be ready to explain your deployed solution, justify your monitoring and retraining strategy, and communicate value and risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
